Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager for a premier Lifestyle brand specializing in niche and luxury perfumes located in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, maintaining high shop standards, and leading a team to excel in providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales of niche and luxury perfumes, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses.
- Supervise, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and product merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ability to read and evaluate market trends and needs.
Requirements for the Role
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably within the luxury goods or perfume industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
