Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of products when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent service and follow-up on inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements for the Role
- Proven experience as a Delivery Man/Technician or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area for efficient deliveries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to provide detailed instructions and training on product use and maintenance.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills related to the product.
- A valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Physical fitness to handle merchandise and work on the go.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
